Zediker won the season-opening Bearcat Fall Invitational, leading the #6 Nighthawks to a team victory in the process. The junior from Panama City, Fla., shot rounds of 72-66-72 to finish at six under par, one stroke ahead of Limestone’s Cage Carnes and Augusta’s CJ van Wyk. In a 15-team field that featured eight nationally-ranked programs, Zediker shot four-under on the par-3s, tied for the best in the field. His second-round 66 was the low round of the tournament and featured seven birdies and just one bogey, including a bogey-free 32 on the back nine at the Forest Hills Golf Club, site of next spring’s PBC Championship. Zediker earns his second career PBC Player of the Week honor.
